Hi all,
I'm quick enough to moan but by the same token will give credit where it's due, so . . .
I'd just like to publicly thank the following members of the support team.
Nick J [Admin], Jenny B, Malcolm and finally Victor J for all their help and for putting up with my tantrums when things did'nt go right the first time.
This is one of the reasons I stick with eUKHosts and am on my second account with them.
There's no passing the buck or bull, just a simple case of, "right, that's not worked try this".
The end result . . . I have things the way I want them.
Customer satisfaction indeed !

Your technical knowledge was negligible when you joined and it seems you have covered long distance now. I'm glad to see someone managing to improve technical knowledge so fast. I would suggest you to read your first few posts when you joined as those will make you feel proud of achievement

Thanks for your very kind comments, to be honest it was'nt something I had given any thought to but now you come to mention it . . .
Your'e right of course, I have learned a lot and feel confident, it has to be said though, I could'nt have done it without you and everyone else here at eUKHosts.
This is why I'm so glad I chose you, you don't just provide hosting there is so much more to the package.
