Hi,
I was on the cpanel shared hosting forum a few days ago grumbling about my surprise at suddenly being unable to ftp my sites due to the recent tightening up of security arrangements. I was having a nightmare trying to get my new ftp accounts to work with my design program's built-in ftp.
But credit where credit's due, I ended up on the phone several times with chief quality analyst Nick Grant - and I have to say he's a credit to Eukhost. Knows his stuff inside out, very polite and patient with me and talked me through numerous scenarios to try to crack the problem
Thanks to his professionalism and knowledge we got there in the end - with my lack of knowledge slowing down progress throughout. Now I'm up and running again.
