Default Not Quite Satisfied So Far

Unfortunately my Not Quite Satisfied Testimonial comment posted today was somehow deleted. My comment was fair and would further improve their services, dont understand why it got deleted.

Still awaiting for satisfactory reply from their customer service.

Whatever testimonial it is, under no circumstances do we delete genuine testimonials - but I cannot comment about your testimonial so a staff member will respond to that soon .

It was moved in "Linux Dedicated Servers" department as 'Dedicated Servers' support Team deals with such problems.

Threads submitted in "Customer Testimonials" are answered by Sales and Marketing executives only and most of them can't comment on any networking related problem.

Our website is down AGAIN this afternoon! Unable to send emails or connected to our site. I thought the problem was solve and forever?

Your website is working fine now. There is some unknown routing problem with the previous IP that was assigned to your main website. We have assigned a new IP address to your website to get this sorted.

Our Network Engineer is trying to find out whats wrong with the other IP.

OK thanks. Please do advise what was the problems with the two IP ending .52 and .53 -- as the problem may come up sometime in the future causing downtime unexpectedly again. To be on a safe side, I rather have the both two ips deleted from my accounts and replace with additional new two.

Hi Kitty,

We have moved our other customer on a different subnet to avoid this problem in future. Your IPs were once again added by him even though he was warned not to add the IPs without our permission.

All other Servers left in your subnet are our managed vps nodes or shared servers and such problem reoccur again.
