Problem solved in 20 minutes from Robin and Jack L

I had a problem loading a site and had messed up my account access and Robin got me into teh control panel and then helped get me through to teh technical support guys. 20 mins later and I get a mail from Jack L telling me all is fixed - and it was.

Great stuff guys - keep up the good work.

Thank you again for appreciating our staff members

Jack is one of our most important system administrator. Our Windows Team would have been no where without his expertise.

Same way Robin is expert in billing.
