i have been trying to upload a new skin for 2 days now and still cant get it working, i have asked for support on the website hosting, i have gone on the online chat and i even rang up the support number (phone support is bad) and still cant get it working. pointless having a website hosting if i cant get the help to get it working, if i dont get it working by the weekend ill just get my money back i think. heres my forum post if any on knows the answer and can tell me step by step what to do, because im lost.

Help with 2 things please

Hello,

The ticket has been replied to by Nick.J.

He has explained the whole thing in it. To give your a gist, you were probably only uploading the "style" part of the template because of which you were getting the error. Actually when you download the style and extract it, you need to upload all the 4 things namely "imageset", "template", "theme" & "style".
