I would just like to thank everyone at eUKhost for a fantastic service.

We have a VPS account and after some initial problems (that were sorted out quickly) We have had a nearly trouble free 2 months.

The support is second to none, friendly,helpful and very fast acting.

We decided on a VPS with hardly any experience at all, and the team have been very understanding and helpful.

I think most of our little problems were just basic set up problems and because we were total noobs to this, we didnt realise what to do

But as I say the support team helped us every step of the way.

I would like to second this. Mark suggested I upgrade to a VPS a few months ago and after just having to deal with WHM and cPanel in a reseller before hand, I have been on a steep learning curve with a load of things being thrown supports way! Everything seems to have settled down now though and I haven't had anything majorly wrong since my migration to a new VPS (an email issue with the first one). I can't praise support enough. They did all the migration and have sorted any little tweaks for me. Hopefully I've now got to the stage where I can start doing things myself but I know I always have the amazing VPS Support team there when I need them!

Just to add to this,

Over the weekend ordered our second VPS plan and it was set up and running in lightning time.

As ever sales and support have gone 'Over The Top' to help us.

If anyone has looked in the "Network Status" part of the forums over the last 24 hours you will have seen the amount of hassles EUK have had to overcome in that time frame.

My sites were all loading up slowly and timing out yesterday but by this morning, everything is back to being perfectly normal thanks to the team and their dedication of service.

Everyone has problems now and again but EUK in my experience so far, appear to be masters of sorting things out very quickly indeed.

Aside from a great product and value for money, when anyone asks me to recommend a hosting company, I always cite EUK's support as the best reason to sign up with them.

Long may it continue!!!
