I bet you know this phrase "Your call is important to us" or "We are doing everything to solve your problem." or other blah blah blah blah - marketing b*****t.

I have never heard this kind of words from EUKhost. Even at 2 o'clock in the morning - they are ready to help you.
usually it looks like that:

me: there is a problem
them: let me check
me:fine
them:right. try now
me: Id's done. thanks!

And that's it! What I also like is their professional, kind but also laid-back attitude. That's the kind of conversation I expect from support team.
