thanks to eukhost for looking after us and getting some VPS Hosting servers setup for us quickly so we could migrate data across, until we could sort dedi`s out.

we have since brought on 4 dedi`s, all running smoothly, thanks to the assistance of the support guys... special thanks goto Keith W and Alex P.. you guys rock.

responses to tickets and emails are always excellent and alot of the time the guys i`m sure go above and beyond what they are supposed too in order to make this a hosting experience alot of other companies would envy....

along though with the big positives do come some negatives, not on the support side but on the sales side... nothing major tthough I have to admit.. but if someone of authority would like to contact us we will happily tell you the issues rather than go into public with it

overall excellent service and support

Alex P has replied as I posted the PM to you... and has resolved the issue... not sure if that was before ytour intervention or not... if not then the matter can be closed as far as we are concerned and a 100% plus from us...

whatever your thought on the PM, maybe it can be used as a learning process for the future

well, thanks has to go again to alex p, who got us all setp with another server..

nothings ever too much trouble, we banged through several tickets for tweaks and settings that we wanted applied...

He likes nothing besides servers.

One of our customer had sent 12 Wine bottles for him and he gave those to us, He was busy with tickets and chats on that Saturday night and we were busy with those wine bottles.
