Well I have to admit,
I've run websites for years. Last year I took the plunge and bought a VPS server from my usual host. He did the most of it i.e. setting the domains up all I did was uploaded the files and told him my domain names.
I've had problems with the sites all that time. I was getting fed up with the server not being found or DNS errors, but my main gripe was not being able to connect to my mail account. Every time it couldn't connect it banned my ip so I had to reboot my router, and hope I could open my mail box first shot after that.
I'd told my host umpteen times but he just said it the security on the server. we dont want it getting hacked.
I did alot of research looking for a host that was affordable but more important for me reliable with good honest support.
Let me tell you I've found GOLD here. I'm still in aww at how efficient and knowledgeable the ppl are that are running this hosting company. They are always polite (even though I ask some stupid questions) and I cant get over how fast they sort out any request no matter how big or small.
I have nothing but admiration for these guys. For the money their unbelievable (and admin! thats not an excuse for putting fees up! rofl)
But honestly I cant praise you enough,
