I've been using eUKHost for about a year now and have used their shared, reseller and vps packages to host many many sites and have never once been disappointed.

The support itself is worth the money - I'm sure many a time they've put right something I've messed up myself. It goes beyond support, it's like having a techie there 24/7 to help you out when you get into a mess - irregardless of who's fault it is!

Quite simply; they, some how, manage to give rapid support, amazing packages and low prices - seems too good to be true, but it's not!

You have appreciated our service as you are happy right now but if you ever find anything wrong then please contact us as things keep on changing in online world and we rely on some third party softwares like cpanel and plesk so we can never consider ourselves perfect. It's nice to see a company that recognises the ever changing nature of the internet - so many once great web presences have become lazy and have given up on customer service.

lol. Customer service wont make any sense if you don't know name of your customers

Once I knew names of all customers of eUKhost and if any support staff mentioned domain name of a customer then I use to say first name and last name of that customer. Now I deal with Sales and Forum only so communication with other customers is quite difficult. I cannot memorize names of all customers
