a note to say thanks for the very good service. The support staff know their stuff and most problems are sorted within about an hour of posting.
The only area I would wish to see improved is for staff to say how they solved a problem so that, if it were to happen again, there would be no need to ask support a second time for a solution.
That having been said some support staff do communicate the solution back to the client.
Very good service overall.
