Very Impressed!
I have been with eUKhost now for 6 months and have been very impressed on the whole! (Shared Linux Platinum)
I have had a few problems, including one horribly annoying recurring (on a weekly basis) problem, but support have been helpful and are normally able to fix it quite fast. Response time in the Live Chat support system is normally pretty good with only a couple of times where I have waited 30 mins and then ended the chat to try again later. The support people are always helpful, willing to sort out problems and most importantly are polite!
The monitoring of hosting accounts seems to be top notch with regards to preventing attacks and maintaining security. Downtime seems to be non existant (I have only experienced very brief downtime a couple of times). The features of the hosting accounts are some of the best I have seen and the price is very good compared to others.
Overall 10/10 - a great host!
