I just want to add a shout to Nancy on live chat who resolved at lot of issues I had with a number of my domains due to the recent Puma Migration. Even when faced with truly blonde questions (yes I am blonde and yes I am female) she did not flinch, she did not budge and inch she just got the job done.

Also would like to add a shout for Nick eUKsupport, as he continued to help me out when the email was not working. Pleased to say after a hairy week and extremely hairy 24 hrs everything seems to be right in my world and I can actually look forward to having a day off tomorrow.
