I have only been with eukhost a short time, but the response from the forum has been brilliant, and as a complete novice I don't feel out of place now.
I posted a "help" topic, when I should have posted a support ticket (still learning I guess) so thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
Only then did I notice the contact address for eukhost, is in Bowburn. I haven't lived in the UK for 12 years and am now in Spain with my hosting from a company in the village I grew up in!

This is what's great about the forum! You can ask anything and no feel stupid. And hopefully you'll get some useful information back.

Any suggestions are always thought about and if they're going to be an improvement, acted upon!

And making Mark happy over the weekend can only be a good thing!

Yes, you can always use the forum, especially when you need help. Most of the time you may find it easier to post both a forum post as well as a support ticket as you have 2 chances and are twice as likely to get good advice and your problem sorted.
