This depends what hosting you're on. If you're on a reseller or shared hosting, contact support either via email or livechat. If you're on a VPS or Semi-Dedicated (or maybe a reseller with packages), you will need to allow people to create parked domains in the packages.

Hope that helps.

Which hosting plan are you on? If you contact eUKhost via live chat, they should be able to resolve this issue for you

If you go to the main page of cPanel X3, in the Stats column on the left it will give an indication of how many parked domains are allocated by the package that you're subscribed to, e.g. 0/5 means you have no parked domains but a maximum quota of 5.

Unless you're a reseller or above, you can't change that quota ...

On any shared package, I believe these are unlimited so it shouldn't cause a problem that way. Obviously if it's under a reseller account and the package you've applied to that user has a limit on parked domains which has been reached, then you can just increase it. But either way, I don't see that you should have reached your limit in a way that can't be fixed.

Hi,
In WHM you should have Packages listed on the left hand side, simply Edit the Package the account is on, and change the number of park/addon domains alowed.

Hope this helps

Hi, to fix into your domain parking issues, we'd need some more information from you, such as IP address, domain names, etc..

To maintain privacy, you can open a ticket with our support dept or contact us through our 24x7 Live Support.. we'd get this issue fixed quickly...
