Exceeded the max emails per hour (250) allowed

Hi guys,

Any way to increase this 250 max emails?

It's just that one of my sites provides unlocking codes for phones and when my supplier uploads the codes to server the system automatically sends emails to customers with the unlocking codes and on 2-3 occasions there are more than 250 emails needed.

Can the allowance be set to 500 at all? This will really help me out here

Due to server security reason we have disabled more than 250 emails per hours on shared server. However it can be possible to setup on dedicated or VPS plan. Please open a ticket in support dept for the same, so we can investigate better on this. Please email us from registereed email id with us and include email address for which you getting trouble.

Hello,

There was a limit of 200 emails each domain can send out per hrs irrespective of email address on the domain which has been increased to 300 email hour per domain now but its not possible to increase the limit beyond that.

If you need more, you'll need to upgrade to a VPS package or above as with these there is more control about overloading the server.
