Expose DNS edit to client

I have a reseller WHM panel, but I have one account that wants to manage their own DNS entries. I trust them to do that and would like to expose the DNS edit functionality for their zone without allowing them access to the other accounts available via WHM or the other DNS zones.

Is there any way that I can do this?

Nope.

The directory for which all the DNS entries and records are stored is shared amongst other users.

If you wish for him to have access, he'll have access to everyone elses DNS records aswel.
