Default ftp hosting server details?

We will provide you with FTP login once you signup

i signed up for some webspace(and transfer my domain name) today at 13:30pm...

But i still havent recieved my FTP login details?
when will i get them as i need to start moving my existing website hosting.

I have also raised a support ticket asking this at 15:50, which has so far gone unanswered...

Hope Ive not made a mistake in moving to you, as at the moment ive recieved no information on anything apart from thanking me for signing up and requesting i ask my existing provider to change IPS tags.

I'm starting to get annoyed and need to know whats going on.

Hello Dean,

You have not made any mistake by choosing eukhost. Welcome email was sent to you at 2:30 PM by our billing system and I am not sure if you have setup forwarding from your btinternet address to any yahoo address as the mail logs on our mailing server show connection errors with yahoo.

Our support person replied to your ticket at 6 PM and I am not sure if you have received that reply or not. Please check and let me know if the welcome email and reply has reached your mailbox or not.

I can give you those details on phone if you make it convenient to call our toll free number.

You were also requested to retag your domain name from your existing registrar and point the IPS tags to "ENOM" ( without quotes ). Please let us know once you do that so that we can accept your domain name under our registration.

nah, My Email addy has no forwarding on it.

I havent recieved your reply with my ftp details via my email, i had to goto the support website hosting where i read the update there.

I'm trying to get in contact with the person who sorted my existing domain, but he's proving a bit difficult to get hold of at the mo. once he has done it, I'll let you know ASAP.

Meanwhile I'll have someone to figure out why welcome email didn't reach your mailbox as this problem wont allow ticket reply notifications to reach your mailbox.

Please get back to us once you have the domain name retagged.

Spam filters are a favourite cause for emails not being received.
