This is the only server which has got problems frequently and I am frustrated as its a windows server. If that was a Linux server then I am ready to bet any amount you would think as I know we can never face such occasional problems with any of our Linux Servers.
We are managing many many windows servers as well and I have full faith in our windows system admins. I know that they are best when it comes to windows but when it comes to logging then windows can never match Linux at any level.
Give me a problem with Linux and you will have solution within seconds but Windows
I'll simply get this server replaced with a very high configuration server so no matter whatever processes run on it but we wont face problems.

Thanks for the reply.
While I totally understand that technology can sometimes go wrong, especially if Microsoft have had anything to do with it, I've never experienced so many problems as I have since I opened my account here, and my previous hosting package was on a Windows server.
Hosting Controller is back up this morning, but Webmail and Webmail Admin are still down.
What's the timescale for the replacement server please?

Thanks - Sorry to push you, but admin and medamin and mewebmail are still down - or rather they're asking for authentication which is not the usual dialog, and no user names work.
This has now been down for 2 days - my webmail users can't get to their webmail, I can't administer the website hosting, or the webmail.
Further to my earlier posts, I've had nothing but trouble since I made the mistake of transferring to Eukhost. Again, I'm not losing my temper, just my patience and confidence.
And a tip for you on customer relations - The word "sorry" goes a long way to pacifiying customers - especially those who are thinking of writing off a year's hosting fees (and 2 years domain registration fees) and postponing expansion plans until they've found a more stable provider.

HC Not Working
Hi, Not wanting to jump on the band wagon with this one but I thought it would be the best place to put my post as i am experiencing similar problems.
I am having problems accessing Hosting Controller. I have tried the /admin and http://87.117.234.246:8787/ and after emailing the support team, they tell me it is fixed but then 2 hours later it is down again (as it is now).
I am a new reseller and I am waiting to sign up a new customer but I am concerned because I know he will not be as forgiving as I am when it is not working for about 40% of the day.
Is there anything you can do to improve the availability of the HC.

We are aware of this problems and as mentioned in some other posts as well that we have initiated migration of this server on another high configuration server. Data Transfer is quite slow for some unknown reason but we are on top of things.
During upgrade process control panel will face some problems but your website hostings, emails and databases will keep on working properly.

Unfortunately, one of my main uses is for webmail , since I and my other mailbox users are travelling around a lot and can't always configure mail clients to acces email.
The upgrade has now been chugging away since when? You have not had the courtesy to provide regular updates nor even say "Sorry for the (not inconsiderble) inconvenience".
Personally, I'll be moving from eukhost at my earliest opportunity - Your technical infrastructure is clearly very flaky and your customer service and communications skills leave a lot to be desired.
Since the wording of your cancellation charge is ambiguous to say the least, as I've said before I'll write off the first year's subscription as a bad mistake. My priority is to get a hosting service I can rely on.

Your account is hosted on a windows server and migration process is not a one man job. One needs to ensure similar setup of all addon softwares like MySQL, MSSQL, ASP.NET, PHP, CDONTS, MailEnable and many more things before migration and there are many things after migration as well.
You are most welcome to move to another hosting company if things are not perfect by tomorrow morning. I will issue full refund for whatever amount you have paid to eUKhost till now. Thats my word and you wont need to deal with any of our billing staff to get the refund.

Nothing's changed as of the time of this email, but I'm on the road at the moment and won't be able to switch provider until the weekend at least.
If we're still in the same position when I'm back, then I will take you up on the refund option.

Back home now, and Hosting Controller is back, but still no webmail. It will be a week tomorrow since its been down. I do have expansion plans, but I really couldn't expand with eukhost with this level of downtime.
Off to research alternative hosting providers....

I think I should have given linux based email service option earlier itself but I never managed to understand that only webmail was a priority for you.

Linux is best option for mail service as Windows has many limitations and when you are prevented by microsoft from any kind of customizations then you cannot do much to it.
