I have a
web hosting plan with Telivo for my business and for the last few hours have not been able to send and receive emails, get onto my
website hosting or get onto Telivo's web site hosting for help.I just keep getting the following error messages in Outlook Express:
The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'English Language Centre Online', Server: 'mail.englishlanguagecentreonline.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0
The server responded with an error. Account: 'English Language Centre Online', Server: 'mail.englishlanguagecentreonline.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR AVG POP3 Proxy Server: Cannot connect to the mail server!', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC90
Basically what should I do?? Thanks!
