Hosting Server issue-Service Unavailable

Hi

Have mentioned this issue once before, but we keep recieving "service unavailable" messages on our sites

server is 87.117.201.122

these messages come and go and website hosting is usually only down for a few mins each time, can understand that the server may need rebooting but how any times a day?

from 9.20am to 3.30pm we have received this message nearly 8 today!

Any idea whats going on?

I removed reseller account of a customer from Greece who was responsible for problems with this server but we will investigate further and sort out other problems.

Meanwhile if you have a single website hosting only then we can move your account to our new windows server which is a quad core xeon and there should be no problem for your account.

You can open a ticket from our helpdesk if you wish to move your account on new server.

Don't worry its a nice offer but not necessary at this time if you could just take a look as you say at these little problems that would be great.

Im aware that you were searching for the user responsible for the problems and am glad they are now sorted. will let you know if we have any futher problems.

Let me know in next 48 hours about how things look from your end. We will need to pin point another user if problems continue. This server is not getting filled now so once everything gets sorted on it then there wont be any problems with it in future.
