I was wondering if someone would be able to help me - basically I want to prohibit people from hotlinking images on my website hosting - but there is one images that I want to allow people to grab.

Is there a way I can keep that image unprotected, but protect the rest?

If possible I would like to keep the image where it is.

Thanks - I actually answered my own question after I asked - I just made the hotlinking image the image I wanted to keep.

To do that I made a copy of it and renamed the .jpg to .jpe - so it didn't block itself.

Don't forget there is also the Hotlinking protection built into cPanel
