I just want to get some peoples opinions about Inverseflow Helpdesk system. Like, does your company use it? If so, do you find it reliable and is it worth the money? $264 at the moment is a little steep for me, but I'm willing to pay for it if it really is worth its weight in gold.
I've also found alternate help desks but this one looks very promising.

Did you really like some of the features (what kind of) this one had, or just want to get live support that comes with paying 264 for a helpdesk? What you liked the most about this one? I would second shane's suggestion, go for Cerberus, it's a good solution for your requirements and since you cannot afford $264 at this very moment, Cerberus seems to be the best choice. You can checkout their demo as well as demos of few other help desk systems and accordingly decide.
