I just tried updating www.fone-xs.com/shop again and it seems I have the same problem again

Maybe someone has switced on or the security settings again?

Would be grateful if you could look into this as it is becoming a pain to keep asking here whenever I want to update my website hosting.....

Or if someone could please advise what script I can use in the htaccess so I do not have to keep asking for help all the time!

I don't see any problem with your website hosting. Can you guide me through right direction to check the problem ?
Also to disable mod_security for your domain place the following code in your domain's public_html/.htaccess file :
