Part of me applauds you for this and part of me...well, doesn't. I'm sure eukhost doesn't mind, because sooner or later almost everyone who's serious about running a website hosting(s) graduates from freehosting to paid hosting for the reasons already outlined by others in posta above this, so I guess they hope you'll come back here to buy.
Also they're just super-nice people, the kind who carefully move worms to the side when gardening so as to avoid hurting them (can eukhost confirm or deny this zen-like approach to the universe?).

Yeah, you're right, and I'd like to personally apologize for that, I hope I haven't caused any business problems, if I could, I'd have gotten paid hosting, it seems to be MUCH better, and Eukhost seems like a good place to get it, but I'm too young to have the ability to pay through pay-pal or any of those type of those electronic money transfers.

You could ask your parents (if you are too young) or if you've got your own bank account you can use that with paypal (direct money transfer).
Hope that helps .

Did they give a reason? Seems a bit mean if you'd be giving them the money in the first place?

Yeah, I agree - you could sell the idea to them as being your first step as an entreupreneur (and untold riches). Surely they couldn't turn that down?

I know, you can give them that warm fuzzy feeling by making them think that they are giving you a hobby and something to focus on.
Have another chat with them, they could come round to your way of thinking and it isn't that much money if you start off on one of the basic plans. The copper plan is £22.99 which is only £1.92 a month and it is packed with loads of features (a lot more than a free host would be!) and you'd have the 24x7 support. Also you'll get a free domain name for the year which was another question you were asking about. Surly they will let you have that - even if you only got 50p spending money a week that would cover it.

DPS is absolutely right (are you on some sort of commission structure DPS?) and if you break it down per month as shown it's actually very cheap. At the end of the day, it has to be comforting for your parents to know that you are doing something worthwhile on the net rather than playing games or even visiting website hostings of 'questionable morality'. I know that I'd be very happy to think that my children were doing something constructive with their time. Give it another shot.

Yeah, I've tried, but it's not gonna' be a money making website hosting (so i can;t give any money back)... I don't have enough knowledge to set that kind of thing up alone. It's going to be a forum, I was planning on getting a job to support it... well, give them the money for the hosting, then support it. Oh, about that eukhost giving a free domain name for a year, that sounds like a great deal... I've heard a lot about this site's hosting, it'd be good to try it out one day (when I can pay for it legally).
DPS & Avatari: Thanks for the advice. It's a lot more clever than the ask and hope, approach I took. I'll try it out next time and hope it works. lol

Yes Good Luck. Never stop trying, they might change their minds!!
And avatari, no I'm not on commission . I was just trying to point out to rocklee that it wouldn't cost all that much to himself or his parents!

How old are you rocklee? I'm sure rocklee is old enough for a PayPal account if he had the money for it - that is the issue, not how he is going to pay!

I'm only 15... I thought the pay-pal was an 18 year age requirement. Isn't it?

Nope, your old enough to use it as far as I know. You can't apply for things like the PayPal credit card until you are 18 but that isn't really the main thing that you are wanting is it!!
Wow, your allowed to stay up pretty late at 15 arn't you!!
