I'm getting some weird errors...... The page isn't redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete

* This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept
cookies.

Then I can connect with ftp but not list.
Help!

To begin with:

What language is the website hosting written in?

Are you using a meta refresh?

Is it a built in language redirect your using for example, ASP has response.redirect.

This has been rectified. Not sure but all of a sudden some mod_security rules got messedup on 2 of our servers.

We have rectified this problem and your website hosting is working fine now.

Thanks for appreciating our efforts.

We need to keep on improving security rules on servers as notorious people keep on improving their skills. As you see new version of php and MySQL Server every other month so we need to update security of servers as well.

Got exactly the same thing today. It was fixed great all last night and this morning.
Also a problem on another domain hosted with you fraudbay.co.uk There I can't log in, it just keeps reverting to the home page. Same on other browsers.
I've got a ticket in but have a feeling it's being confused with the previous one.


Ignore that.....the fraudbay has just resolved. Still the Guz problem.

Our CTO is on top of things as it seems that the OS has been compromised. He needs 2 hours more too troubleshoot and if that doesn't work then we will mirror this server to another server and swap the IPs. There wont be any downtime in the process of swapping.

I'll keep you updated with the progress.
