Have you tried opening a ticket with 'support [at] eukhost.com' or from our main helpdesk at http://support.eukhost.com?

do we need some sort of downtime for customers to stay up on the forum ?

Its difficult for me to stay away from the forum but when there's no one to post then some members may start loosing interest.

I was going to say, if Mark can't fix it, I think we're all in trouble!

And I have noticed it's been very quiet today but I haven't been well and I've also had to work meaning I haven't been able to add very much. I shall endeavour to make more of an effort in future!

I think you'll find the mine are this month (give or take a day!). And the amusing thing is, when I have exams I'm on here more as I'm in my room working rather than being out and about!
