Hi, I have a problem when I want to upload my pages to my site. Can't get pass the username/password screen.

Must admit its been a little while since I did it but I don't recall changing my password. Is there anything I can do to resolve this matter.

Hi Alan,

Please open ticket using the email address that we have registered in our billing system. We will provide you with the login details only if you submit ticket from your registered email address.

Your email address on this forum is different from what we have in our billing system.

Changed my e-mail addy a bit ago, obviously haven't got round to changing it here.

I did change it here, totally confused now. lol

You can call us from your registered contact number that ends with 2581. One of our phone support executive will get this sorted for you if you call us from your registered contact number.

Yes. Your registered email address in billing account ends with *2s.com//

Been talking to a nice chap on the phone & he's looking into it as I type. He's also changed my e-mail addy.

Just while I'm here what do people recommend to use to publish ones site. Eg Dreamweaver etc

Hi Alan,

Please let me know the name of person who assured for call back and forgot.

I'll recommend using FileZilla FTP client for uploading your web contents. You can use DreamWeaver as well if that is what you use to develop your website.

Can't remember the gents name but he was very helpful so wouldn't like to see him in trouble.

Is Dreamweaver better than Frontpage then. Is it more compatible/safer?

Frontpage extensions have been disabled on the server you are hosted on. You will need to consider DreamWeaver.

Development worked has stopped on Frontpage extensions and hackers have managed to find many bugs in Frontpage which help them to inject all websites hosted on a server. We have reserved one server for Frontpage users, but it won't be worth to move on that server if you have knowledge of DreamWeaver.

Switch to Dreamweaver.

I use dreamweaver even though I've got no knowledge of web designing. Dreamweaver is as simple as Frontpage and only additional thing Frontpage has got is its publishing service. It takes no time to upload your webpages using a FTP software or you can simply use the inbuilt FTP utility within Deamweaver to upload your webpages.
