Default Is it possible

Im looking into purchansing Clayton.Gov and to do an add on. I want emails @clayton.gov but I want it when people go to the www itll show up Clayton.Gov/hotels.html instead of showing up as ClaytonNewMexico.Net/hotels.html and show up in the same Webalizer stats as ClaytonNewMexico.Net. Make sence ?

With the webalizer I want ClaytonNewMexico.Net's stats to be used, not seperate stats set up for Clayton.Gov.

Webalizer - as in the stats software incorporated into cPanel. I do believe that at least most of what you want is possible but am not fantastically sure on the exact implementation of everything.

Taking the easy route and hosting the email and just doing a URL forward for the domain wont be a problem though not prefered.
