Problems with my Website Hosting

Can someone tell me why this is? My primary website hosting is www. chriscollins.info I am on a Windows Copper account and have made no changes to anything recently.

Your account is hosted on one of our windows server which had problem early in the morning. Server was rebooted to upgrade mailenable on it but server didnt come online.

Our Engineers started troubleshooting and they found network virus on the server due to which server was not able to come online. We got another windows server setup and the original drive of your server was attached as a secondary on the new server. Data has been copied completely as it is and now we are restoring users as website hostings wont work without user settings.

Please allow 2 - 3 hours more for your website hosting to come online. I am starting a new thread in our network status forum to inform other customers on your server about the same problem.

We apologise for this inconvenience and we will take necessary steps to avoid any similar virus problem on the new server.

I posted in the announcements thread, but it's awaiting approval still. Is there any further news on this issue? My website hostings are still not up and my Plesk login doesn't work.
