Refund for Web Hosting Service

Hey All,

I have been with EUKHost since Sunday night and I am not 1 bit pleased with the service.

The server load is 90% of the time above 1 which adds to slow browsing which is not what I want for a very active forum.

I signed up for a monthly contract so only payed for 1 month, if I left this sunday or earlier would I be refunded for the unused days ?

Yes. You are entitled to get full refund within 30 days and all you need to do is open a ticket for our billing department and they will take care of it immediately.
