Hi guys,

I took another hosting package off you guys a couple of days ago and opted for the website hosting studio addon. I already got the cube cart shopping system installed with the extension /shop and all seemed to be good!

Today I decided to have a go with the website hosting studio, and after submitting a front page, when I go to extension /shop it only showed the list of folders and texts as a list instead of the shop. So the website hosting is now not implementing the .php extension as a main file. In order to get around this I have had to create a .html file and add text to automatically forward this index.html page to the true page of /shop/index.php

Is there a way around this because I also have problems now when I try going to the admin - the same thing, no asking for password and I have to click on the admin/index.php file in order to display the page to login.....

Would really appreciate any input, or advise if I should scrap the idea of using the website hosting studio, in which case a credit or refund would be nice.

Also subscribed to ssl so any update would be appreciated

p.s.
I have not put the link to the website hosting due to security reasons but admin will know where it is if they look in my previous ordering on their system

You have ordered 2 packages recently so its really difficult for me to make a guess. I'll need to know the domain some how to get this sorted.

You should have checked your .htaccess file first

You had a line in it :-

DirectoryIndex index.html

I modified this and made it :-

DirectoryIndex index.html index.php

Problem has been sorted now.

Just another quick question guys...well, mark

I subscribed to your SSL also when getting this site: www.fone-xs.com

when I check the https it just displays amessage saying that Great Success, apache is working on your server.....

Do I have to do anything or do you set thsi SSl up for me for the site?

I basically wanted the SSL to cus in when customers went to the checkout part of the website hosting via the shopping cart

Any help or advice would be greatfully received

I apologize for delay in replying to this thread but it took 1 hour for me to manage a dedicated IP for your website hosting as we don't have any IPs free in 87.117.234.0/24 subnet.

SSL certificate has been installed on your website hosting and you need to wait for 30 mins for the DNS to propagate.
