I have noticed that when I use the ssl https on my site I am getting the following displayed: There is a problem with this website's security certificate.
The security certificate presented by this website has expired or is not yet valid.

Is there a problem with this my end? Do I have to pay to renew or something?
If you're on shared hosting, you'll be using the shared SSL. This is a self signed certificate and although secure, it will show warnings. These are there in case you accessed a site which pretended to have a secure SSL when infact they could see the data.
If you want to get rid of them, you'll need to purchase a SSL Certificate from a trusted company. eUK can do this for you as you'll need to get a separate IP address for it.
