ssl certificate problem help

I recently renewed my hosting when the email arrived and promptly paid.

I dont think I have been charged the extra for the ssl & static ip address because I am getting certificate problems when changing into https

Site is Fone-Xs

Can some one please advise and tell me the best action to take to pay for this service to be re-added to the site

The SSL certificate expired on 4/26/2008 05:29, please renew it ASAP to get rid of the warnings...

Yes, but I got the certificate from you guys when I took out the hosting for this and cannot see anywhere to renew it on your web site hosting in my customer panel....

I thought it woulod renew along with the package, but obviously not
