Web Server isue?

Yesterday i set up a new database, uploaded a new script (that runs of the new database), uploaded various files etc. all of which seems to have disappeared over night. The only thing that is present is the subdomain that i set up. In additional webmail seems some what slow and all but the default folders appear to have disappeared.

Is there an issue with the server or was some work carried out last night?

If i remember rightly im on a bronze linux account.
