Yes you can have two domain names assigned to one account.
If you are using cPanel/WHM, you'll be able to set the primary domain name for the account on WHM. To set the secondary domain, you'll need to login to cPanel, and then add the domain either in parked domain names, or addon domain names.
The domain ramleisure.co.uk can be configured as an addon domain to your primary hosting account with the domain name ramleisure.com. You can do this from the control panel itself. If you need help, do let our support team know about it. They will get it done for you.
You can add your other domain ramleisure.co.uk as a parked domain if you want ramleisure.co.uk to show content of ramleisure.com
If you want separate website on ramleisure.co.uk then you will need to add it as an addon domain.

I am assuming that ramleisure.com and .co.uk are intended to point to the same content. Therefore I would recommend adding it as an Add On domain through cPanel.
Thanks all, need to get the main domain (ramleisure.com) sorted first.
The current registration service provider wants a fax confirmation on the clients company letter headed paper. Then I need to work 3-5 days, unless we pay for priority service.
Just be careful if you want the content to point to the same website. You might want to use a redirect to it otherwise some search engines might lower you in the results.

Just a warning on redirects though - they have caused me a lot of problems in the past - and ended up in horrible loops and sites going down! On contacting support they recommended to avoid these redirects where possible.
I generally just do a redirect from the homepage of the second domain to the primary one. It then means generally you don't get loops and everything should work ok....
