if i sold my domain name what would i need to give them? just the name and password, and change my Contact Information?

You will need to provide them "Domain Transfer Authorization EPP key" which they will use to initiate transfer request for your domain name. If you can handover login details of your Domain Registrar account then you won't need to do anything

well i got the Domain for here, and i get the login info from the email EUKhost sent me

If you want, we can provide you with the "Domain transfer authorization EPP key" which you can give to them and they will initiate transfer request for the domain. You can handover access.enom.com login to them as that would be the easiest way to give your domain to them and have them deal with everything else.
