ICANN is arranging for the transfer of registerfly 850,000 domains to GoDaddy.com, The long-suffering customers of RegisterFly will get some releif, more on this; news.netcraft.com/archives/2007/05/29/go_daddy_assumes_850000_registerfly_domains.html Just wondering why godaddy? People could have option to choose the registrar that they want to transfer on.

I will have a look at NameCheap but I can honestly say I have never had any problems with GoDaddy so I have never looked for another registrar.

Sounds good for all those stuck on RegisterFly - good luck to all their customers - I'm sure they won't find any problems with GoDaddy.

Yea, I think Bob Parson has good hold on ICANN and this can be considered a good achievement for Godaddy.

Good luck with Godaddy and I am sure this will increase Godaddy's presence around the WWW.

Most definitely. They have just been given thousands of customers on a plate by RegisterFlys acquisition .
