I think i have made a mistake

I have to hold my hands up and confess 'I think I have made a mistake'Happy with host and support, but the words me, fool and rush in go together.

Last week I ordered a package etc and had my domain with 123 reg, so I thought change the nameservers etc(as I had read) and the job's a good 'un.

I stupidly instructed 123 reg to transfer my .com domain to eukhost applied for the Auth code. with the best of intentions, La-di-la. You guessed right!

A week later and zilch, nothing. So can any kind soul tell me how long it usually takes and that I am panicking for nothing. If I have messed up big time and cannot afford to wait weeks what is the correct way to link my .co.uk domain name to my host package or should I purchase another one?

We will not be able to comment unless we know the domain name in question. I think you should get in touch with one of the billing techs on chat and they should be able to get you through.

I suppose you have failed to inform our billing team to initiate the transfer... It is just a guess though.

As of now you can change nameservers of your domains from your 123-reg control panel and point them to the nameservers we have sent in welcome email. Please check following snapshots to see how you need to change nameservers from your 123-reg control panel :-
