Question MX Records

Hi all,

One of our customers asked me to update the MX records so emails get delivered directly to there new domain server. I changed the records and sent a few test emails, so everything seamed to be working.

They have a e-commerce site, which emails them customer orders, using PHP. Which they say they are not receiving.
Do I need to change any extra settings so that emails sent from the hosting server work?

Can somebody check I've set the MX records correctly?
The domain name is ramleisure.com

Thanks Stuart

It could well be the settings in their e-commerce site. If it has a setting of how email is sent, you may need to modify this. It may also be something to do with sender verification... Sorry I can't be more specific.

Hi Stuart,

Entry of your domain name needs to be removed from /etc/localdomains and new entry needs to be added in /etc/remotedomains

cPanel does this automatically if you choose "external mail server" option from cpanel control panel. If you simply modify DNS settings then you need to contact our support team to make this changes for you.

I have done necessary changes so please check and let me know if everything seems to be working now.
