Hi

I purchased 2 domain names and then requested the nameservers to be changed to :-

ns15.eukdns.com
ns16.eukdns.com

then i requested that they transfer the website names (www.guidebadge.co.uk and www.campfireblanket.co.uk) to ENOM, this was done, but for some reason the nameservers on the www.guidebadge.co.uk remained the same as when the domain was purchased. Can you please advise how i get the nameservers changed to ns15.eukdns.com and
ns16.eukdns.com to allow me to upload my website content.

Anybody any idea how i get the nameservers changed??

Hell Mike,

Can you please send email to our billing department ( billing[@]eukhost.com) as they will get will get this sorted for you.

Hello Mike,

The other domain "guidebadge.co.uk" has not been transferred to us since it was not requested and hence we do not have control over it to change the DNS for you.

One of the billing team member has sent you the details to your registered email address with us and a ticket with ID: KWX-11692-514 has been raised for your further assistance.
