Hi,

I've regeistered the Domain britanniatabletennisclub.co.uk with yourselves last week, but it is still shoing as available - why is this? I have logged a support ticket, but have heard exactly nothing back

I would suggest doing it to billing or go on to livechat. They should be able to sort it quickly from there.

Thanks for the advice, chatted online, problem sorted in about 2 minutes. Would have been good if they had responded to the support ticket though!

Hi Mark,

I'm not able to locate any Ticket in our helpdesk while searching with the domain name you have specified. Please let me know the Ticket # as I would like to find out why your ticket was ignored.

There's no such Ticket # in our helpdesk. Ticket ID's in our helpdesk look like "ADT-20878-170" so 256873 is invalid Ticket ID.

Please let me know from where you had submitted this ticket as our helpdesk is located at eUKhost Helpdesk :: Shared Reseller VPS Hosting Dedicated Server Hosting Support and you should not get such weird ticket ID if you submit ticket from our helpdesk.
