Releasing a Domain Name

Hi, some time ago i asked to have my domain unlocked so that i could move it to another domain provider. This has occured however the domain transfer failed due to the admin contact failing to authorise the transfer.

I have put in a request for the transfer to the domain provider again however is there anything i can do or email (at this end) to ensure the domain is approved for transfer?

I have also been informed that the request email will be sent to EUKHost in the next few hours... presumably via the nominated email address signup [@] eukhost [dot] com, as this is the contact information found on the admin whois page of the domain.

You need to open a ticket for the billing department to take care of approving transfer request for your domain name. signup[@]eukhost.com is in their department so you need to inform them from http://support.eukhost.com
