I'm not to sure if I understand the question completely, but if you mean where can you register a .uk domain name then there are many registrars that you can pick. You can even register your domain from the eUKhost website hosting!

that was a good catch. that FAQ is from our old knowledgebase while our latest knowledgebase articles are located at http://www.eukhost.com/support/knowledgebase/

let me know from where you managed to get into the old knowledgebase as we have total 7000 indexed pages on our website hosting so its difficult to figure out if any of the old pages link to old knowledgebase.

Yep, deffo seems like the support pages link to that knowledgebase article. I managed to follow the link and get to the old knowledgebase article by going to http://www.eukhost.com/support/ then clicking "Domain Names" and then Q5.

I do everything from SSH. I've never used frontpage, dreamweaver or any other website hosting builder so far.

check our blog, it has been designed by me from SSH.

I'm very impressed. I try to do certain things on my own (without using editors) and I used to do all my website hostings using no editors such as frontpage or dreamweaver. But I got less and less time and some parts of the editors prove useful especially for repetative tasks. I still code some parts manually as the editors can't do everything and some things they don't do as efficiently as possible (or validly to the standards!).

Just taken a look at the blog. Looks very good - I'm reading some of the articles on it now!

I must admit to only really using dreamweaver, although I will handcode when required. I don't really understand why anyone would want to handcode everything (except for the pleasure of saying that a website hosting is truly handmade) when Dreamweaver will do almost everything far faster and still, with very few exceptions, allow a page to validate even with strict. Yeah, of course it creates a tiny bit of unnecessary code and sometimes causes validation issues, but nothing that can't be easily fixed. Frontpage, apparently (I can't comment really as I've never used it), causes loads of issues but Dreamweaver, though complex to get good at, is a literal dream.

I am from server administration background so I never got time to learn dreamweaver. I needed blog to be setup with marketing perspective so it was difficult for me to explain some developer of what I needed.

I had sufficient time at the end of December 2005 and thats when our blog came online. you wont understand why its so special unless you open posts and view source code.
