Default Yahoo increased domain renewal price

Yahoo increased the domain name renewal price from $9.95 to $34.95 per year, for private registration you will now paying $43.95 per year for a domain name. they're just ripping people off by offering domain name at very lowest price for first year ( as cheap as $1.99) and later ask them to pay such high tag prices for renewal.

It looks like many person get the same problem! I heard that Yahoo make no profit with domain business and they are looking for the way to minimize this loss by increase domain prices. Yes, it is the time to act for Yahoo domains now. I have found new registar with cheap domain transfer rates and I will start moving now!
As the increase infomation has been sent out by email from Yahoo and you see nothing about pricing increase from your Yahoo domain account so for sure, many persons (did not read the email well) will cry when they see the bill!!!

Looks good, so they transfer domain name to the registrar where one can wish to transfer like eNom/ godaddy... or keep with themselves?

I think that you can transfer domain to any registrar. Just the process of each registrar is maybe different from LuckrRegister
