Just thought I'd say hello.

Just opened an account but am slightly confused with what to do next, don't really know where to start. A real novice here.

I'll have a good look round before I shout for help. I think you'll be hearing from me on a regular bases.

Hope you treat me softly when I ask my silly questions.

Welcome to both eUKhost and the forums!

If you're a novice, then I highly suggest that you take a look at the blog which is located at http://blog.eukhost.com/ - there are many articles there which you can use to help get yourself started with both your account and website hosting!

Thanks for the link flesso. A bit of reading for me to do.

I have a web site hosting up & running with my ISP but wanted to get away from them & hopefully add things to it as well. I also bought a domain so need to sort that out as well.

I'll go & have a read & when I need help I'll post in the appropriate place......well I'll try to.

Welcome to the forums!

Everyone builds up from stages like that. I remember when my website hosting was hosted by my ISP and I was a complete newbie and now I'm running my own website hosting design and hosting business! So you can come a long way and this forum is a great place to ask when you get stuck.

The eUK support is amazing as well and they'll be more than happy to help!

Fire. I hope you are enjoying your new account and getting to grips with it. If you ever need any help whatsoever, however silly you think the question might be, don't be afraid to come straight over and ask us here on the forums. We're always happy to help with anything we can.

And don't forget, no questions are silly or stupid questions! The stupid thing would be not to ask the question and not to get an answer!
