I joined last Friday with a Linux Semi Dedicated...

A few initial problems, such as not getting the order confirmation call, and eUK running out of IP addresses but apart from that, I have found live chat and support via email really quick and helpful.

After a few initial problem, such as not getting the confirmation call for 3 hours, and eUK running out of IP addresses for the package, but apart from that getting everything set up has been great. I have found Live Chat to be especially polite and helpful and also support via email has always been helpful.

Hope to see you aorund the forums now I'm a fully fledged member!

Even though I marked the support ticket "low priority", it was sorted in a few minutes.
