Hi everyone, just want to introduce myself before I jump in and start asking questions.

I'm Andy or Andrew I don't mind which.

An amateur webmaster who manages my own projects and also does the odd small jobs that I can pick up.

My knowledge is limited but I like solving my problems myself with the guidance of experts.

If I can help others along the way, i'll certainly try but I wouldn't want to mislead.

My main involvement is what I consider a fairly large vbulletin community.

I'm sure some of you may see some troubleshooting posts from me soon if things don't go to plan.

Thanks everybody for the welcomes.

EUK were excellent in helping me get setup over the weekend. Livechat is a first for me compared to the ticket system of my (soon to be old) hosting company.

It works very well and I probably interupted someones roast dinner.
