Hi Just a note to introduce myself.

Recently setup a resellers account and moved 1 web site hosting across so far - been a web master for years but theres more to the hosting than I expect! I'm one of those people that thinks they know a lot (compared to some I do) but still have a lot more to learn

Still the support team have been great! Replying to my pleas for help loads quicker than my previous host (think the 2 remaining sites I look after will be following me here).

Well from the other messages I've read everyone seems very help full and friendly so I'm looking forward to learning lots in the not so distant future.

Yep

Our Support Staff as well as Forum members are most helpful and our web hosting service is quite different from what other hosting companies do. We care for our customers and even a single complaint goes through all management members.

We believe in the saying which goes something like "1 happy customer will tell another. One unhappy customer will tell 10"

I've just never used it before as I tend to type! But as everyone else was using it, I didn't want to be left out!

Yes, you could go out and be free of all distractions. However I have got to admit that I couldn't live without my computer, the Internet and my mobile phone now!! Don't know how I used to cope when I had none of these!

Then again, if you don't know what your missing, you don't miss it until you have it and lose it.
