backup solution questions

I have a semi dedicated server.

I'd like to put a backup solution in place that will backup all of my websites and also my mysql databases.

My hard drive is 60gb but the highest backup solution is 20gb, how does that work, i know there is compression but how do you backup 60gb every day?

any advice appreciated.

We do offer customize backup packages as well who want more disk space on our remote backup server, please send a mail to our billing department( billing@eukhost) they will give you more details regarding same.
